Buying ready made stock online

If the product you have purchased online is not to your satisfaction, a refund minus the postage will be issued following the item being returned within 10 days of purchase and in unworn condition.

​Bespoke

Each item is made individually by hand, therefore refunds are not given automatically. To discuss a refund of a bespoke product, please email elin@elinangharad.cymru directly to discuss.
